No signal MTN promised to install booste

We have almost no signal in the Northriding area and I logged a complaint on 17 June 2013. After two weeks I had no acknowledgement and with the help of Altech Cellular Northgate, I contacted the call centre and was then given a reference No. 0056528. After another period of no reaction, I made another call where suddenly no one at the call centre could find any record of my or my husbands cell numbers (after being clients for many years) or the Ref No. After 1 hour on the phone (yes really) got through to Lucky who apologized that nothing had been done but would send a Lease Agreement for antenna booster by email that same day. 10 days later, no lease agreement. Another call. Got the lease agreement on 29 July and returned the same day. Phoned him to confirm receipt - he said the installation should take place within 7 days. He had moved me to top of the list because of the long delay. Needless to say - no installation. I phone him Mondays (every Monday) and get blown off with promises of "this week" or "Has no one contacted you" or "I did email them to contact you" He has passed the buck so many times and I am now SERIOUSLY upset at the total lack of service. HELP plse
