Disaster porting a number!!!

What a total disaster!!! Porting a number to 8.ta is a huge problem-it seems nobody can assist me. Since last week wednesday I lost my mobile number. I cant make or receive any calls from my 8.ta mobile. If I knew that its going to be such a huge problem I would have never gone to 8.ta!!! Now I have spoken to Ms Bessi Motlotsi at the call centre yesterday and she told me it would be resolved-guess what it is still not working!!! This morning I spoke to Mr Zolile Ntulwini at the call centre and he was unable to assist me-I ask for his team leader and he told me she (Yoliswa Mogale) is out on lunch-lunch at 10h45 in the morning??? then he phoned me back and said she is in a meeting-Really??? Nobody can assist me in activating my number-I was then transferred to Ms Hlobisile Nkambule who said to me she will refer me to her team leader-what a mission to get any help from them???!!! I will write everyday a report on this website until somebody can tell me why is it taking so long for my 8.ta sim card to be activated. I must say 8.ta can learn alot from Vodacom!!!
