2 yrs still waiting for resolving of this issue

Signal in Brooklyn/Ysterplaat AFB - CT Area MTN

I have moaned for 2 years and even had 3 guys come out and check my signal here at the airforce base at Ysterplaat but still mtn does not fix this problem... can i sue them for breach of contracts and claim 2 years worth of contractual fees back from them as they NEVER EVER gave me the support i required over this issue, nor have they resolved it... I have already closed 2 of my family's MTN accounts and moved them to Cell C as they expired and cannot wait until August to finally close my son's account too
