I took a contract out April then i took another one in June, on promotions they were having at the time.
On the 7th of June I wanted to check the contracts. Cell C told me I had the standard packages.
I then registered the complaints. They sent me a message a few days later for me to send them a copy of my contract. I sent them a cop of the promotions with the ref numbers. I had to send the mail a number of times.
They eventually responded. They could not get hold of me and this was the answer." Kindly provide with a detailed query in order for us to be able to assist you".
Why do they ask you for an alternative phone number?
Do you only try once??? Why did I send them ref numbers???
In this time I also called customer care on numerous occasions. Where I have been spoken to very abruptly,
and have been told they have not received my mails. I have all the delivery and read receipts.
I'm a new customer all I want is to get what I paid for.
This has been going on for 10 Days now.
The customer care is disgusting and non existent!!!
I cant believe this is how they treat customers.
All I want now is out my contracts.
