I am really a very unsatisfied and frustrated with the response or lack of response that I have experienced.
I got quite a shock when I looked at my bank statement and noticed that Cell C has debited my account for :
R3847.53.Previously my bills were under R500, 00 and hence my shock. I then requested for an itemised billing from Customer Care - but they could not send it to me in a PDF format or something that I could open and read. Eventually someone other than CUSTOMER CARE assisted me by the click of a button and three
days later, customer care managed to send the bill to me so that I could access it. I told them that I DONOT USE THE INTERNET ON MY PHONE SO I NEED THIS AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED BACK TO ME.
The usage TIME, DATES AND LENGTH OF TIME IS ALL IN QUERY EG. ON THE 21/11 - DURATION - 470732 AT 19-01-59 AND THEREAFTER 6 AT 19-03.52 AND 6089 AT 19-04.30. These are the descripancies that I am querying, but everytime I make a call which is costing me - I have to give all my details to them never mind that I have reference numbers for my query and no managers are available to assist.
Still hoping I will get a RESPONSE FROM SOMEONE WHO KNOWS as I now have unpaid bills.
