Telkom have yet to install an ADSL line

In November 2012 I requested Telkom to activate an adsl landline in my apartment. I have phonedin to the call center everyweek sinc then requesting an update and nobody seems to know what is going on. Please can I get some clarity on the matter as I desperately need a fixed line internet solution.
