Trying to take out contract

My wife is trying to take out a new contract with CellC, and port her number from Vodacom.
Filled in the online form to order a Galaxy S3 on Straight Up 100. She was phoned immediately, and deal approved. They promised to phone back on Tuesday to get her Vodacom account number from her.
No call back.
On Wednesday she phones them again, and they say they havent phoned her work yet to confirm she works there, and said they'll phone her back.
It is now Thursday, and still no call back from CellC.

If it is such a mission / slow process just to take out a contract with CellC, I am a bit worried about how the service in the future will be.
