NO delivery on promises!

I applied for a cellc contract on the 18th of December and was promised the world!
I was told that it would all be done within 7 working days, ya right!
I finally received my phone on the 24th of January after many, many calls to cell c to check up on the progress of my application.
I also asked for my Vodacom number to be ported to which the call centre said it would not be a problem! I then asked if there is anything I need to do in the process and the reply was NO Sir, we handle everything!
I have had the cell c phone now for a week that I can't use!!!
I have called every day since december to follow up on the progress, sent emails and called some more and still I am stuck with a phone with a number that none of my friends have!
Not once has anyone even attempted to solve the issue of non-delivery on the promises they made!
I will not recommend Cell c to anyone because of the bad service!
Dial 084145 after 5:10pm weekdays and press option 2.
The recording says please call back during bisiness hours 8am to 8pm!
Can't even get their own business hours right!
Very dissapointed!
