No response to being charged for FREE calls!

I am STILL awaiting a response to my e-mail sent to customer services yesterday! I am being charged for the free Neotel to Neotel phone calls during off-peak times - and not even at the peak season rate of 17c per minutes. In some cases I have been charged a whopping 30c per minute! I don't understand what the delay is in replying to my email and refunding me (both for the amount advised yesterday AND for the amount advised would be refunded on 02 May 2013 already!! This is ridiculous.

My e-mail was read by customer services yesterday (read receipt received at 08:13 am) and yet I have heard absolutely nothing back!

I am currently looking into laying charges of and against Neotel as you are taking money from me that you are not entitled to, clearly have no interest in refunding money that is due to me (a month and a half later and NOTHING has come back to me), clearly have no interest in rectifying the situation (the problem continues) and clearly have no interest in my business!
