2 Months to port number... still waiting

Two months ago my wife and I decided to port her cell number from Virgin Mobile to 8ta. The lady at the Centurion branch assured us that the process should take about 72 working hours.

After 72 hours: Phone not working it just says: " Number does not exist"

We phoned 8ta for 3 weeks, 3-4 times a day. Every time they say that they will phone back. We asked the name of every consultant and received a ref number every time. This was useless as they did not know what to do with it and the person does not work there. They never phone back and everything takes 72 hours. Consultants put the phone down in my ear 5 times!

The manager is always on lunch, holiday, or the bathroom. We got through to a nice lady called Zanahlobo Ntombela. She assured us that everything would be fine within 72 hours. She gave us her personal number so that we could contact her there if it was not sorted out.

After six days the phone started to work. Only problem is that only people from 8ta and MTN can phone her. For the rest it still says the number does not exist. We gave the problem through to the nice lady and she also disappeared.

After two months, my wife cannot receive calls.

I challenge 8ta: Help!!
