Don't get a CellC contract, no after sales support

I recently joined cellc, attracted by the 600mb pm Blackberry bundle offer. This is just a ploy to get you on board because they can't provide you with feedback as to what would deplete 500mb of data in 2days. I'm not looking for a data itemized billing, but they need to tell me 50% (about 250mb) of data is used up by eg, BBM. Instead I get an SMS that the case is resolved and they are unable to provide me such basic information in contravention to ICASA regulations.
I have dealt with different call centre staff until I demanded to cancel, then was transferred to, Bridget who couldn't help me cancel informing me of 14 days cancellation, clearly they don't read their own documents they send to you giving you 21 days cancellation though CPA gives a consumer 30 days cooling off.
This escalated to a Sturrard Govidasamy, the supervisor who promised to contact me the next day, which NEVER happened. I've had multiple broken promises with supervisors/managers being in 'meetings' and the data department not taking calls. This is such poor service!
I rather deal with a company that has my best interest at heart, at least provide me a heads up about data usage but clearly not CellC! Disgusted
