No response, we will cancel the contract

My husband did a telephonic upgrade but cancelled because he did not receive the handsets that was part of the upgrade. He decide to go to an MTN branch and do the upgrade over the counter. They informed him that he already upgraded, After explaining what had happened the consultant phoned them and they said that they would do the cancellation and the money paid will be refunded. Well sad to say after many calls and e-mails nothing has been done! They are deducting new payments for the "new" contract and for the handsets not received. It is going on for almost an year and no response nor refund received. This is very disappointing and frustrating to see the debit deductions and nothing to show for it! We are considering to cancel the contract.
