Sadly i was unemployed for almost one year and fell into arrears with all my accounts, iv now paid up my arrears on my Nashua Mobile acc, and was told if i do it then my contract will be reactivated, so i did... after 4 days of trying to get hold of someone who could actually help me, i finally got through to the Nashua legal department. i was treated worse than a piece of mould in a toilet. iv never been spoken to by anyone in that manor. and i was told that my acc will not be reactivated and that i am now liable for the full amount of the contract. so what was the point of me rushing to pay this account...? why does nobody in the company give me the same answer, one says if i pay my account will be activated again, and the other is so rude to me and tells me they are gonna sue me... very nice, I'm not impressed.
