I have a data contract with Mtn Direct since May 2012. I never received any statements/ invoices and contacted Mtn Head Office to enquire about that.
I phoned on the 10th of January and was promised that all my statements up to the current date will be send within 24 hours. After 4 days, on the 14th January I phoned again. Apparently a request was lodged on their system again Ref number being 95785874.
I still did not receive any statements from Mtn.
Definitely no Ayoba! Bad service Mtn!
