Worst service in my life

I upgraded my contract on a Tuesday and the guy helping me said that if there is any problems within 7 days (7 day Guarantee) I must return it and they will exchange it for a new phone, that Friday I took it back because of a problem that occurred and then telling me they have to get it tested first and then decide if I can get a new phone, so I let them do it and they said it won't be longer than 7 days and it will be sent off either the Saturday but latest Monday, the following Thursday I had to phone and ask if everything is alright and they told me that Ram courier service (which operates Monday to Friday and they are a 24hr courier company) could not collect, I went in on Saturday finding out and to be told it was sent off to OBF, I then phoned into customer care the following Thursday and found out that Ram only collected it and dropped it off on Monday and now I'm sitting without a new phone but yet still paying the monthly bill and even worse the attitude I got from one lady at the call center, been with cell c for more than 10 years and this is the 1st time I encounter problems like this
