My 24 month contract expired and Vodacom did not inform me that I was due for an upgrade thereafter higher rates were being charged. After numerous calls which lasted over 20 minutes each and speaking to many consultants relaying the same story I am resorting to this form of complaint hoping that someone from Vodacom would atleast have the decency to look into the matter. The last consultant was the first to admit that their was an error and it should of been rectified in January 2013. 5 months down the line I have refused to upgrade due to this matter not being resolved (while Vodacom continues to get richer). Dates, times and people I have spoken to are on record, promises made to call me but not even one phone call. Having been a client for over 12 years this kind of service is appalling and unacceptable.
