Appalling! that is what telkom is!
First my Dsl line drops for no reason, then three days later after calling 10210 constantly, the technician responsible for fixing it disconnects my telephone line, drops tools at hometime and leaves my phone line disconnected?! everything that I am paying for Disconnected? How can a company operate like this in South Africa? Mr Telkom CEO you really need to step up service delivery, it is non existent!! for my lines to be disconnected and still not operational after three full days, being told by the callcenter that they don't understand what the technicians are up to, and having tardy technicians just disconnect services and go home is unacceptable, this is appalling. If anyone is reading this my Ref No: 912CWK110613, SORT THIS MESS OUT.
