Worst Service Provider Ever

Telkom cut off my line which they shouldn't have. My line is now disconnected without any request for a disconnection. It has been disconnected for over 2 weeks now. And Telkom is not keeping to their arrangement on their system. I have stayed home 2 days waiting for a technician when there is no need for a technician because all that needs to happen is for the line to be switched on. All the lines, modems and everything else is installed and was working fine. They cut the line off for no reason and keep changing the date that it will be sorted out in activation's.
Please sort out the line ASAP... and stop changing the date for installation... The worst service provider i have ever come across. And they all lie, the call centre and everyone gives you different dates for activation.. How stupid are the people that work there to not know how to stick to one date. They will make any business collapse with their poor service.
