Telkom is such a disappointment!

What is up Tellkom, 10 days since you disconnected my phone when your technician went up our telephone pole and still no telephone line. Your escalation reference number is of no use to anyone as nothing has happened since I reported the fault on 10210 or on Hellopeter.com. Last week you told me you would access someone's property over the weekend, everyday there is another excuse/reason. is all we get from Telkom!
