Dear Sir,

Refer to my e mail sent to you on the 30 May 2013. I have not had the courtesy of a response from you. Today is the 13th June.

Yesterday I received a call from Porcia to say that I was a priority call and if I was willing to pay R2650 for the phone to be repaired. She then explained that I would not be getting my phone back but a replacement phone. I refused to pay and refered her to my e mail to you on the 30th May. I received a call this morning from my local MTN Service provider in Summerstrand to say that the phone had been returned and I must come and collect.

I am completely in the dark as to what the status of the phone is or if it is working condition. After being promised by you Jay, that you would pass this onto the CEO and ensure that this matter would be resolved I have not had the courtesy of a response from you.

I await your urgent WRITTEN response.
