NEED LAND LINE FIXED

On Monday the 10th June I reported to Telkom that my landline is not working, and thereafter everyday again!
Four days later still no response from them!! Same story every time I call, "your complaint has been lodged".
So come on do something about it!! You can only speak to someone in the call centre, can't speak to anyone in charge.
IRRITATED!!!
