TFG Voucher which I NEVER got

I bought my Blackberry last year around September that was supposed to come with a voucher of R100 and till now I've been given the run around between MTN and American Swiss branch where no one wants to take ownership of this and resolve it.. every time I send a mail someone reads it and do not even bother to reply.

I wants this sorted out and will not start the process from start... Its almost a YEAR and nothing has come out of it. please DO NOT CALL ME I want everything in writing.

I want to know whats going to be done about this or am I another victim of misinformation as well as misrepresentation to get a sale???
