Continueous repairs to my blacckberry 9360

I have a blackberry 9360. i've had it 4 almost 8 months. in the last 2 months i've sent it in for repairs 3 times. The phone first stops recognising the usb port on a pc if u plug it in. then it stops charging altogether and the phone obviously dies.
i have been given 2 refurbished phones already. the first time the phone went in it took 3 weeks to come back. the second time almost 2 weeks and it is booked in again.
this is becomming very frustrating as i am still paying for the BIS service and am loosing revinue as this is a business phone and customers contact us via the bbm.
whats the point of getting a socalled good phone if this is the story.

when i went to the vodacom customer care center in gateway today, i saw the manager " Rishi" and stoped him to tell him what the problem i was experiencing with the phone. he didnt even let me finish, rudely buttered in and said that it is the first time he has heared of a phone doing that and that i must be loading some funny sotware on the phone thats why it is doing that. i said that as far as i am aware there is a problem the new OS7 and he says it was the fst he head of it. he then said that i stoped him and he didnt stop 4 me.
