HI, it's probably more than a month since I first submitted my query.

When i log into your website/system it says i'm a platinum member, and can get a new phone every 12 months free of charge. Seems like your system is fine - because it still says that a month after the time.

So I would like an Iphone 5 please!

I gave you more than adequate time to fix this if there was a problem, i'm just going to assume that there was no mistake, and i'm indeed a platinum member.

If not, then this is false advertising - and this time i will submit you to the [URL Removed], will also be in contact with my lawyer.
