TK i'm worriedsartuday is my month end, and my account will be debited for the third time for something that i do not have let alone using it.it is clear that Sipho does'nt intend to help me with this problem.

i'm asking again that if you cannot solve this problem please cancell the contract, i'm sure there are other service providers that will be willing to give me the right product.
