Disappointed Custome

As a pre-paid contract customer I am highly disappointed at the way this competition is run. I need clarity if this is really a competition or is Cellc just taking peoples hard earned money... Further to my complaint is that how come one person has won 3 times 24 May, 29 May and 30 May..and also 26 May the weekly handset... i need an explanation...!!!
PEOPLE HAVE LEFT COMMENTS ON THE FACEBOOK PAGE BUT NO ONE FROM CELLC HAS RESPONDED..
at the end of the end we all try our luck at competitions but this is so unfortunate
