My business fax line has been suspended due to non-payment although payment has been received on 21/02 (Due on 18/02) I have phoned three time to the fault reporting 10210 but the 3 individuals have been unable to resolve issue. They argue with me that my service is not suspended but after sending through a 25 page fax (FOR A SECOND TIME) a robot voice tells me my service is suspended. No wonder business is going down in South Africa with this pathetic quasi government inertia and inability to fix simple problems.
