I have been a client of cell c for years, but after my most recent upgrade have been filled with bad experience after bad experience, the latest being that my account was debited twice in one month and no one has any explanation as to why. I have been calling the contact centre and all they tell me is they will give me feedback but still have never received a call from them, I regret renewing my contract with these people- really not worth the headache.
