Have been trying to get through to Virgin Active call centre. Even after my hellopeter report no one cares to call me and help me resolve my quiry. Jacqui who replied to my hellopeter report promised that Gino would challenge me. To this day I have not received one call from Gino. I urgently been to convert my membership so that you can refund me my money. If you really take my business serious you will contact me cause I'm really not getting through to you call centre. I sit on hold for over 30 minutes and end up being cut off. I wonder how Virgin Active Contact Centre Manager deals with dropped calls cause really it is pathetic. Been waiting for weeks for you to call me. Two weeks agonizing you said I was number 2000 on the list. Do you call one person per day? I mean seriously this is beyond rediculas.
