False advertising! False contract!

Ysterday, after a lot of consideration and supposedly sound information from mtn stores and consultants, i changed my package to Anytime 350. I was assured that I get the value of R350 calls per months, also as printed in their marketing booklets. This morning, after it had been activated and nothave made Any calls the last 48 hours, my balance available was only R307!? On calling the call centre they informed that first deduct 14% vat and I only get R307 value of calls per month. This is clearly false advertising and failure to comply with the stated agreement that for the claimed R350 calls, I only get R307 worth of calls. I will definitely report this false contracting and advertisement to all relevant issues, as I was informed by the mtn call centre, this is not Mtn's problem!?
