R307 hav debited to my account for almost 16 month

I had an contract with MTN which i requetesd a package of 299 in exchange of me receiving 200 airtime, but everymonth mtn debit R307 in exchange R100 airtime when i cal them they said they will only refund for 6 months only when i ask why they said is their policy, they told me i should have query this long time ago but im talkin about my money. You're assistance will be hoghly appreciated
