My debit order is set to go off on the 7th of each month, I now get paid earlier each month and wanted the debit order to go off on the 1st of the month, I went into the clearwater mall store and asked them to change it they were so LAZY they just stood still and said call the call centre, I tried calling them but theres never any answer, I then went to the website and submitted an email which I got a response, where they said they would cancel the debit order (they need to learn how to read), I then responded stating I do not want it cancelled only it should debit on the 1st rather than the 7th, they responded saying it would be changed, that was in February still it hasn't been changed.

So the debit order has continued going off on the 7th of each month, however this month now the 12th of June and no debit order has gone off yet, I try calling the DUMB call centre at 9:30 and there is no answer I hold for over 20min before putting the phone down, I try the mtn active website only to be told my pin is incorrect after resetting it and it works on the other mtn site, this needs to be resolved Immediately, and it better not label me as a bad or late payer.
