Bad Customer Stems from manager and flows down

We've been trying to source a product for over a month from Pickn Pay lifestyle. A list of all contact sessions and empty promises was sent to the manager. I also advised her that the supplier is able to provide stock in 48 hrs. She promised to investigate as to who is feeding me BS (her words)... saying that if her staff are in the wrong, they will be in the boardroom blah blah blah... if it is 3m blah..great way to talk to clients. Also stating that I am welcome to buy the product elsewhere... then accusing me of putting words in her mouth... I wish the calls were recorded. Promising to go to hirchs and Checkers to check for the product (imagine that)... but the best is that she said she will call me back... which, like Wayne never did. thababang called me, but according to him it is not related to my escalation but he was calling to advise that stock is now available. When asked why the manager hasn't called, he claimed not to know anything and said she might be busy with other clients... told him to ask her to email me or call me by 9am today... guess what... no call... I need the ROM to contact me... we removed PNP from our sourcing database and I wont do my monthly shopping there again
