Poor and wrong service delivery By Vodacom

Vodacom Contacted me on the 30th of April 2013 to upgrade my packages. They them went and upgraded my packages wrongly after they contacted me. I contacted them on them on 9 May 2013 to explain what they did and forwarded Anton Paul at the Red Crue Line the recording because they would first have to listen to the so called recordings and get back to me the following day. Anton Paul Never came back so I Phoned again on the 16 May 2013. I Spoke to Andries who passed me to Erick and Finally to the Team Leader Morne. Who informed me they would rectify it but I had to wait to the 1 June for it to take effect. It is now 12 June nothing has been finalized and I Spoke to James at the Call Center yesterday who would have let his Manager Call me back but still they don't come back to me. I now have to pay R 1000 more then usual for the second month running and they did not credit me as promised by Eric and Morne on the 16th of May. Who else at Vodacom Can Help Me because the costumer care center clearly does not care.
