Adsl line cancellation

I have been trying for more than 3 weeks to speak to someone who is authorized to cancel my telephone/adsl line. I have spent in total 6.5 hours holding on after dialing 10210' each time to be told that someone will contact me as they can't cancel the line 'upfront'. SOMEONE is obviously very busy and cannot find the time to call me. In the meanwhile I have vacated the property and tenants have moved in. I am holding Telkomsa responsible for calls made from 17 May 2013 as that is the date that I vacated, having tried to cancel from a week before. I removed all handsets from the property. This is critical that it gets attended to. In desperation I also went onto the website and made contact a week ago through the contact address there, and still SOMEONE has not called me
