Vodacom making to much money

It's a shame when a company begins to make so much money how everything including Customer Service And Satisfaction just disappears. I have received shocking service from many stores/ retailer but Prenisha at Vodacom la Lucia just put the cherry on top. Absolut discusting service and bad attitude, worst of all the feedback back to customer is non existent. After contacting the store 3 times in 1 day I returned and things never changed, the manager was shockingly just as unhelpful. If any1 is looking to experience shocking retailer and bad service visit the Vodacom la Lucia and see for yourself. Prenisha promised me to sort out my 500meg data in just 20 minutes but 20hours later I still sit frustrated, and R99 less in my pocket. Unfortunately R99 is so much to Vodacom. Maybe they should sponsor less Rugby or soccer and give back to the customers. The ones who keep business up and running. Vodacom SA thanks for nothing.
