I was pleased to have gotten a response from you within 24hours however i was promised that the matter at hand would be looked into and that you guys will get back to me. Yesterday I missed your call and when i try to call you back no one can answer me and on top of that your consultants hung up on me!

Please i need to sort this out asap! Im loosing business!
