The service received from Vodacom is beyond appalling, I exchanged my talking points for data bundles and called the contact centre to enquire if it is possible to transfer data between my phones as they are both Vodacom sim cards, I was told I am able to do so just needed to recharge which I did. After recharging I was still unable to so I contact the contact centre I again and was informed that I am unable to, I told the lady by the name of Precious and told her that a previous lady told me that I am able to do so she further told me that I should watch video that my BIS does not cover so as to use up the data bundles purchased I asked her to refer me to a superior and held on the phone for a long time then eventually hung up another lady called and informed me she will investigate the matter and revert back to be before 5. Driving home a rude lady by the name of Shirley called to instruct me that they are unable to do anything about the inconvenience I have suffered through miscommunication from the company's consultants this is disgusting service all I need is my data to be transferred to my other phone as I was informed by the 1st consultant, there goes my faith in the network
