I am an existing Mweb Business customer. Tried to register a new domain. Was sent and completed forms and immediately faxed back to person at Mweb. 24 hrs later, no feedback re acceptance, activation, nothing. Called 3 times to be finally told... form was incomplete, meanwhile it was sent to me complete and I had filled in where necessary the remainder. If I had not called, I would still be waiting. Useless attitude and useless response that is worthy of being published here for others to note.
