Moving business premises is not easy so we prepared early. Three weeks before the move we contacted Telkom and asked that our three lines be moved to our new premises on the day of the move (Friday). I went down to the new office to meet Danny - our technician. He informed that instead of moving our three lines the call centre agent requested only one. Panicked and angry we contacted everyone we could. Danny was wonderful, giving me the contact numbers & names of people I could ask for. I spoke to Raymond who took down the phone numbers we still needed to move promising to follow up for me. On Monday we were informed they could only come on Friday. We had no fax, internet or our main number to contact customers with. We quickly contacted Raymon who sorted out the issue and had Danny at our offices before we opened on Tuesday.

I'd like to compliment Telkom's technical support team especially Raymond and Danny who were calm, patient and very helpful. Definitely two people Telkom should reward for offering customers such excellent service.
