I am a Vodacom customer for almost 10 years and when i complained on FB this last week i was removed. i never slandered the company i used any words unbecoming. i just want to find out why that is, i am your customer and i deserve the voice to speak and shore my concerns. when the admin person messaged me for what the problem was i responded and after that i was removed without notice or problem resolved at that time. this just shows your accountability and where your companies integrity
