My cellular phone was checked in for repairs on the 7/4/13, I followed-up a week later, to be told it takes 4-6weeks (not sure if it is for feed back, to be repaired or delivered), I called the customer centre 19/4 with the following reply, your phoned was booked in, I was told to wait on the line whilst he calls the repairs centre, their reply, they have not received it (apparently it takes longer than 10 working days to go from Boksburg to Midrand, I was then told to phone Boksburg, which I did, they say they booked my phone in on the 11th, 4 days to dispatch a phone! I called the customer centre again asking them to trace my phone and give me feed back or I will cancel the contracts I have with them, I am still waiting, their airtime must be finished
I use my phone purely for business and although they gave me a loaner phone (i had to throw my toys to get it) it is not to the same spec as my phone and the amount of grief I had to endure with my actual phone prior to it being booked in just adds up to an altogether bad experience
Do not buy a Blackberry 9790 and do not buy it from Autopage
