They ignore termination notice duck n dive n charg

I verry unfortunately fell for a joke of a contract by NASHUA through an advert for a (VERRY LARGE) phone pic contract back in 2010. When the phone was delivered to me at work the whole company had a good laugh at this mickey mouse phone from Nashua that u needed a magnifying glass to see the screen what a rip off from NASHUA.

Never the less i never used the thing and left it in my safe at home and paid the R69 N0W R110 per month for a typical useless NASHUA MOBILE contract and phone.

On the 13 TH SEPTEMBER 2012 giving notice very early for end of 2 years October 2012 [Email Removed] as I was told to do i scanned my termination agreement 2 weeks later no confirmation i scanned to them again NO COMEBACK!!!

In january 2013 i contacted [Email Removed] forwarded him my termination contract Nothing happend.

13 May 2013 contacted a supervis for client serv she promised me that verrrry same day she would cancel, today I get an acc from nashua for R110 FOR JUNE INSTALLMENT WHAT A BUNCH OF

I HAVE GONE TO LEGALWISE TO GET IT SORTED AND A REFUND WITH INTEREST

No 1 in my company will deal NASHUA MOBILE u have to be high
