Very Poor Customer Service

I host numerous websites at Web Africa, using their reseller hosting. Since the 18th of April 2013 there web server has been resetting sessions intermittently, causing user log outs on any website that you run where users logon. Users then have to logon over and over as Web Africa resets these sessions.

From 18 April 2013 to date (3 July 2013) they have not contacted me once telephonically to discuss a resolution, and their support team have been closing my tickets without resolution as well.

Do not use Web Africa for any of your hosting requirements, as they never contact you back, and don't respond to your support queries.

I'll be moving all my hosting to another service provider, as well as some of my clients hosting accounts. It seems Web Africa isn't bothered loosing clients.
