I went to Vodacom Randfontein on 5/6/2013 to ask them why after upgrading last year on a Samsung S3 i still paid the BIS and the 100 sms bundle that i asked them to remove from my account when i upgraded. I was told that a "Morne" did the upgrade last year and that he was busy and could not help me. I then left my number and complaint with one of the consultants and he said that "morne" would come back to me asap after speaking to the manager. I still asked him if this would be before Friday and he said "o yes" Today is Saturday and still nothing from them. I want my R59 pm for the BIS refunded and the R33pm for sms bundle refunded for every month after the month i upgraded my contract. It wasn't my fault that "someone" at Vodacom Randfontein didn't do their job and didn't cancel those 2 thing from my account when i upgraded. And if SOMEONE could just come back to me ASAP regarding dis matter because i'm really getting off with these empty promises.
