WORST place don't go for an contact

On the 19th May 2013 I went to Mtn in Canal Walk just to find out if I was due for an upgrade and spoke to Noluthando Desemela and I took a Samsung Gtp 3100 and I asked her if the phone is not right can I bring it back to Mtn. On 20 May 2013 morning I went to Mtn in promenade and spoke to Mercia and told me she would get back to me. She only came back to me 07 June 2013 saying they can't cancel the contract. I went to Mtn promenade and spoke to the manager Tando Mekeza and she was very rude to me and they still have the phone. And I she refused to help and did not even give my phone bach. I asked for there head office number and she didn't want to give it to me. I even asked for a print out and she refused to give it to me want some one. To caqll me.
