Bad services from MTN repairs

When I took my phone in for repairs the clerk at mtn said it will take 10 days for me to get my phone back from their supplier, however i have been waiting now for close to three weeks to get my phone back. Every time I call mtn they just tell me that the phone is not there and they will call me when it is ready. The repair centre said if I pay the repair fee on the day i got it I will have my phone two days later, but that didn't happen. When I called them on the 5th of this month they said the phone is with them and they need to dispatch it and i will have it by latest Friday, but this morning when I call mtn the fone is still not there. The service of mtn repair centre is not up to specs. If you owe them money they are all over you to get it, but as soon as it comes to repairing you phone they don't care, because they already got your money.
