RESOLUTION HEALTH IS PATHETIC

End of January 2013 they tried to deduct the highest premium, as I did not had enough money in my bank account. I arranged with them and sorted out the mistake and ask them if they can deduct the double payment of the normal premium on the end of February 2013. Which they did...

1 April 2013 they again deducted a double payment. I called and with a sigh I must again sort out their mistake. My broker called and they said they made a mistake and will pay my money back in my account the 19th April 2013.

Today I called for a follow up on my money because I don't trust them. Now they are coming up with stories that I still need to pay this and that.

And in which they tell me that I have to pay another R700- which I think is the difference of the highest bracket minus the normal bracket R566-. I really don't think it's fair what they are doing to me.
I will keep them responsible for my debt not being paid

Always problems and just more problems...
Now that is their mistake I have to pay
