FOLLOWING LIGHTNING DAMAGE ON SUNDAY AND THE MATTER BEEN REPORTED ON MONDAY, IT'S ALREADY FRIDAY AND NO ONE, I MEAN NO ONE FROM TELKOM HAS PITCHED TO ATTEND TO THE DAMAGE. I'VE BEEN WITHOUT TELEPHONE AND INTERNET SERVICE THIS WHOLE WEEK. AT LEAST 8 OTHER TELKOM USERS, IN LESS THAN 1 KILOMETER RADIUS, WHO REPORTED PROBLEMS ON MONDAY TELL US THE PROBLEM RECEIVED ATTENTION BY WEDNESDAY. FRIENDS AND FAMILY HAVE MADE AT LEAST 5 CALLS TO TELKOM ON MY BEHALF AND I VISITED A TELKOM STORE, AND STILL I SIT WITH BOTH MY TELEPHONE LINE AND ADSL SERVICE AT HOME NOT WORKING. DISGUSTING. IT'S TIME TELKOM PULLS THEIR SOCKS UP, LEAVES STUPID BREAKING UP ADVERTS AND GIVE SOME SERVICE.
