Telekom unable to provide basic service

I am battling since 24 April 2013 to transfer my existing line to my new address. After calling them numerous times (the last call today - 7June) I am ready to give up. My cellphone bill is more than the car's payment and I have no Internet access because of Telkom. When I asked to speak to someone in management at around 14:00 last Friday, they said all the Managers have already left the office and I could expect a call the following Monday. Maybe they will respond to you. Please HELP me if possible. The line to be transferred is 044 8840534.
